Cycle Paul has been at the heart of the West Island cycling community since 1948, when Paul Schiltz opened his first shop on Adams Street. What started as a small bike rental business with his wife, Yvonne, quickly grew into a trusted destination for cyclists seeking quality bikes, expert advice, and a welcoming place to share their passion.
Raymond Schiltz joined the family business in 1974, officially taking the reins in 1981. For over 30 years, he built Cycle Paul into a local hub where generations of cyclists felt supported, inspired, and connected. Today, the third generation—Pierre-Paul Schiltz—continues the family legacy, bringing new energy to the business with the addition of a second shop in Vaudreuil-Dorion, alongside François Rochon.
